Fault Rectification
We can carry out remote fault diagnostics from the ARC; experienced operators can dial in to the control panel and carry out routine engineering functions. In the event of a false activation, we can even reset the alarm - all from the ARC without the need for an engineer.
Management Systems
We appreciate that management of alarm facilities can be a massively time consuming exercise and therefore for some time have been offering facilities and specialist services. From something as simple as monitoring opening and closing times, and taking action on any early or late opens and closes, to management reports, time and attendance details, etc. Our aim is to provide managers with precise and up to the minute information about the operation of their business.
