What Is It?
StoreMinder is as an enhancement to a conventional intruder system, designed to detect intrusion and offer remote surveillance. Utilising CCTV, microphones and in some instances a public announcement system, this allows the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to view, listen and speak to the protected premises. When the intruder alarm system signals an activation to the ARC, experienced operators dial in to the premises to carry out a visual check. This then allows the ARC to make an informed decision based upon visual evidence. And if they do see something, they can make a prearranged announcement via the tannoy system which may be enough to put the intruders off!

Keyholders are often the first people on the scene following an activation; this solution provides reassurance to these keyholders that the premises are safe to enter, also fulfilling important health & safety obligations.
