To sign up for Remote Alarm Data Access (RAD) please enter your System Id. The System Id for your alarm system should be written on your alarm panel. If you have any problems with the information needed to sign up then please contact administration on 0906 5533449 * The RAD helpdesk is available between 09:00 am and 17:00 pm Mon-Fri calls are charged at £1 per min.
